Lindsey Nova
Executive Director
Lindsey Nova has a Bachelor's of Music Performance in French Horn from the Eastman School of Music, a Bachelor's of Arts in French from the University of Rochester and a Master's of Music Performance in French Horn from the University of Utah. She was the Director of Operations for Utah Symphony | Utah Opera prior to moving to Pittsburgh with her husband James Nova, who is the 2nd/Utility Trombonist of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
Ana María Díaz
Executive Assistant
Ana María Díaz is a graduate of Duquesne University where she studied cello performance. Ms. Diaz began her musical studies in her native Venezuela as a member of the famous Youth Orchestra System called "El Sistema." After earning her Bachelor in Music Performance at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Simón Bolívar, Ms. Díaz taught cello, theory and solfege and coached students ages 5-17 years old. She was member of Orquesta Sinfonica "Simon Bolivar" and Orquesta Municipal de Caracas. She currently teaches cello at the Hope Academy and performs in the Pittsburgh area.
Caitlin Shroyer
Symphonette Manager/Librarian
Shroyer is a recent graduate of the Music Education program at Duquesne University, and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in violin performance at Duquesne University. She has studied with Stanley Chepaitis, Charles Stegeman, and Rachel Stegeman. In addition to going to school full-time, she teaches private string lessons and performs with other string players for various functions throughout Pittsburgh.
